As Ultrasound Solutions embarks on our 20th year in business, we are proud to have provided the diagnostic imaging community with products and services over the years. We intend to celebrate this milestone event throughout the coming year.

It is important to celebrate business anniversaries because taking time to honor these milestones gives us a chance to do the following:

This is a time for us to remember that the most important part of our business is you, our customers. At our core, Ultrasound Solutions is a service provider. We provide our customers with imaging equipment, equipment service, equipment maintenance and repairs. Understanding our role in the Healthcare Delivery System as a provider of products and services, we are committed to making you, our customers the center of everything we do.
At Ultrasound Solutions, Service Excellence is at the core of our business philosophy. Service Excellence means being a Customer Centric organization. It is a value system, a service culture that permeates the entire organization and makes the customer the center of everything we do.

During this year of celebration, we will be reaching out to you our customers to ask how you feel about the products and services we provide. We would also like to know what you feel we do well, and where we can do better. Our customers are always the best feedback of how our company is doing and with your honest input, we intend to provide you with “oh wow” moments.
Throughout the year we will be offering our loyal customers with discounted pricing on select products and services at specific times which we will announce through emails and on social media.
While this will be a year of rededicating ourselves to placing you at the center of everything we do, we want to start this year by saying thank you.
