From the best portable black & white systems for needle guided injections, to high end; hospital-standard consoles, every Mindray unit comes brand new with a multi-year warranty. Additionally, we provide USC’s coveted “first look” – if you have an issue with your system while it’s still under warranty, a USC field service engineer will come and asses the issue first hand. If we can correct the issue, we will at no additional charge. If the system needs to be sent out, we will help you facilitate getting the system back to Mindray.

Additionally, we include one of our signature 25 point preventative maintenance inspections to be completed within the warranty period – at no extra cost. After your system is delivered and installed, our field service engineer will provide an hour of basic knobology and image capturing for you and your staff, as a courtesy for choosing USC for your Mindray purchase.
