Description:
This course will provide an overview of basic anatomy and pathology of the breast and will discuss comparisons of sonographic breast imaging with other modalities. Additionally, tips and tricks to optimize image quality will be covered, as well as reviewing some interesting breast ultrasound cases that might be similar to what may come through your ultrasound department. (Approved for 1 SDMS CME credit, provided one is present for the entire event.)

About Our Speaker:
Jeanine Rybyinski, RDMS, RVT, is a Sonographer at Atlantic Medical Imaging in Southern New Jersey. She has over 20 years of experience in General and Vascular Sonography and currently works in a dedicated Breast Imaging Center. Through her work experience, she has had the opportunity to learn and teach about some of the many different pathologies and pitfalls of Breast Sonography.
Jeanine is an active member of the Society for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and she has provided Breast Imaging lectures for local and national conferences. Jeanine is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help other Sonographers have the confidence to produce high quality diagnostic exams.
This activity has been approved for 1.0 SDMS CME credit.
The CME participant roster will be reported by Ultrasound Solutions Corp. to the SDMS CME Tracker System.
Important update from the SDMS:
SDMS no longer allows its CME providers to issue Partial Credit for attendance. If you join late or leave early, the SDMS will no longer permit us to award partial pro-rated credit.
Therefore, from now on, in order to receive CME credit, you must be in attendance for the ENTIRE event via your own unique Zoom link that Zoom emailed to you when you registered. Then, and only then, will USC be able to award you any credit. So, please be prompt and attentive to the time schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience, but again, this is a new SDMS policy we must abide by. Thank you for understanding.
