Transcatheter Aortic Valve Repair (TAVR) Procedures Course Description:
Through an analysis of clinical case studies on patients that underwent Transcatheter Aortic Valve Repair (TAVR) procedures, this presentation focuses on how ultrasound should be considered an important tool in structural heart disease (SHD) procedures. These case studies include clinical history, clinical diagnostics, and imaging tools used before, during, and after the procedure. (Approved for 1 SDMS CME credit)

About our Speaker:
Connie Casey, RDCS, RDMS, RVT, serves as the Director of Cardiology Ultrasound for North America within Siemens Healthineers. Connie has had a lifelong passion for ultrasound. She has been a registered Sonographer for 26 years and has spent the past 22 years within industry for ultrasound positioned in Clinical Applications, Product Development, Product Marketing and as a Segment Manager. Connie started her ultrasound career working as a Sonographer in Florida specializing in Cardiac, General Imaging, OB/GYN, and Vascular Sonography
