One-on-one Training In Need of Expert Technical or Applications Training for your Ultrasound Machine?

Hospitals and biomed organizations rely on USC to assist with many first call diagnosis of their problematic ultrasound machines. Our technical staff not only works in partnership with such organizations, but in many cases will provide one on one training with the person responsible for such onsite services. This reduces system down time giving the troubleshooting individual the comfort knowing that a technical staff representative from USC will work with them.

When a facility has taken delivery of a new system from USC or when an end user covers for a colleague there can be a few questions. Our applications staff is knowledgeable with the creation of presets, measurements, reporting and network administration of multivendor systems. They can program machines exactly to the liking of individuals. USC has many commonly used systems right at their corporate offices purposed to parallel any question a songrapher may have.
