Please take our short survey regarding future CME events at USC’s Long Island Headquarters.  As the COVID-19 pandemic progressed this past spring, USC moved our events to a new virtual format.  We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our attendees and speakers for making these virtual events such a success.  Now, as the NY metro area continues to reopen, we would like to gauge how comfortable you are with possibly attending future CME events at our Ronkonkoma, NY location. Please note, we do plan on continuing to offer the virtual option as well.  It has been wonderful to “see” our attendees from all over the country.
