ULTRASOUND SOLUTIONS CORP. is excited to kick off 2024 with Rajen Patel, MS, MBA, DABR, Chief Technology Officer at Metis Organizational Solutions, for an inspiring, eye-opening session on finding your purpose and aligning it to what motivates and compels you.
Work is a way to make money, but it’s also a portal to finding out the real meaning of life. Our work often defines us and it is that quest for who we are that enables us to benefit ourselves and our employers/co-workers. This course will cover the importance of not just doing a job, but more significantly, how to find your purpose and align it to a deeper driving motivator. The lecture will also uncover different motivations (extrinsic vs. intrinsic); explore burn-out and how to dig deeper for fulfillment; inclusive leadership; tools to succeed both in your career, as well as in general self-improvement. (Approved for 1 SDMS CME credit, provided one is present for the entire event)
Course Objectives:Upon completion of this educational activity, the participant will be able to:
State the differences between extrinsic and intrinsic motivators and how each is used in leadership.
Discuss the need for uncovering your passion and how this translates to better results in the work environment, as well as a reduction in burnout.
Describe how to align and attain your purpose, while also allowing others to succeed along their journeys.
About Our Speaker:
Rajen Patel, MS, MBA, DABR, the Chief Technical Officer for Metis Organizational Solutions was Co-Founder of Nautilus Solutions. Prior to his current role, he had over 20 years of experience as a board-certified Medical Physicist. Presently, Rajen also serves as an Advisor on the Harvard Business Council and a Panelist on MIT’s Technology Review Global Panel. Throughout his career, Rajen has successfully worked with many professionals in coaching, mentoring, and establishing organizational solutions.

Important update from the SDMS:
SDMS no longer allows its CME providers to issue Partial Credit for attendance. If you join late or leave early, the SDMS will no longer permit us to award partial pro-rated credit.
Therefore, from now on, in order to receive CME credit, you must be in attendance for the ENTIRE event via your own unique Zoom link that Zoom emailed to you when you registered. Then, and only then, will USC be able to award you any credit. So, please be prompt and attentive to the time schedule.
